The second squadron fitness program of the year and the third one over all is upon us! We saw some great progress over Round 2 and some end-of-round-sort-of-cheating with our commander getting food poisening - conveniently right before his last check-in...hmmmm...it was good enough for third place!
While we don't recommend getting food poisening, we do recommend eating healthier, exercising, and more importantly making that weight and balance in the aircraft!
So, sign up for Round Three of the squadron fitness program and look forward to fabulous prizes at the squadron banquet in January!

- Mr. Schnelker will take the average of your check-in numbers (BMI, weight, etc) to determine a winning team and the top three winning members.
If you want to be a part of a team then indicate that on the form. If you want to be randomely assigned a team then we'll do that with the members that sign up.
