Here’s your chance to recommit yourself to eating a bit better, exercising a bit more, and more importantly making that weight and balance in the aircraft!
All senior members are invited to sign up for round four of the squadron fitness program. You can look forward to fabulous prizes to be presented at the squadron picnic this summer!

Program Administrator: Steve Schnelker
Check-Ins: Every regular squadron meeting
Process:
Lt. Schnelker will take the average of your check-in numbers (BMI, weight, etc) to determine a winning team and up to the top three winning members (depending on how many members sign up)
If you want to be a part of a team then indicate your preference on the form. If you want to be randomly assigned a team then we'll do that with the members that sign up.
